According to the decision of the National Bank of July 21 to ban the purchase of cash hryvnia by commercial banks from foreign financial institutions, the banks of the Raiffeisen Group in Austria, Slovakia, Hungary, and the Czech Republic will stop the exchange of hryvnia in cash from July 25.
During the provision of this service, Ukrainians exchanged more than UAH 1.1 billion in cash in the network of the Raiffeisen Group. At the same time, Ukrainians abroad can continue to pay for goods and services with hryvnia payment cards, as well as withdraw cash from ATMs within the limits set by the NBU.
